RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final!
We do not offer refunds or replace lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing through USPS, please reach out to them at (800) 275-8777.
In the case that you received an incorrect or damaged item, start by filing a claim to email@example.com, with the receipt of the item ordered and a photo of the incorrect item received. We will review your order summary and gladly send you the correct item, free of charge.
Orders typically take 3-5 business days to ship. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking number.
