Love these workshops! Allows me to take much needed time out to stretch, relax and enjoy time with a great group of people!

so proud of akaysia and tatum. I am not someone who is good with meditation or who does yoga as often as she wants to, but Akaysia always makes me feel comfortable. That is key to these sessions! She will guide you and let you be free and open to feel whatever you may be feeling in that moment. She never pushes one to feel that we must be doing things a certain way; we are here in this community space, sharing this moment together, no matter how far we can stretch our legs out! I always feel calm and uplifted after these gatherings.
I bought a bath bomb from Tatum and immediately went home to use it ~ so relaxing. I also got some of her chai and it smells like Christmas morning and tastes soo good. Go support these lovely ladies, you will gain 2 amazing, strong, and creative Black women in your life and community

This was a deeply restorative and transformative experience. The session was thoughtfully curated, it blended intentional movements with powerful affirmations that allowed anyone who was apart of it to really reconnect with their bodies and minds in the most grounding way. Very welcoming, inclusive, and deeply nourishing environment. Coming from someone who isn’t the most skilled when it comes to stretches it was very beginner friendly. Even for those who are more experienced they will find something meaningful in this experience. The instructor Akaysia brought such empowering and calming energy in the room. She gently guided us through each movement reminding us of our worth and provided strong affirmations throughout the duration of the session. It offered both a physical release and emotionally reset, and this class delivered this beautifully. They also included at the end of the class pressed juices and infused water. There were also homemade candles and soaps available to buy — I bought the black fig and melon candle and let me tell you…. IT WAS AMAIZNG. Huge candle person and I absolutely loved it. Again this experience was a 10/10!!

After a long week I finally decided on opening this candle as I got into my self-care routine for some peace and quiet . First, the packaging was so thoughtfully crafted and the scent of the candle upon opening was gentle and inviting!

This candle is everything you’d imagine as peaceful waters, it’s refreshing, calming and gentle. One of my new favs! Love this collection can’t wait to try another.
