What is your favorite self-care routine or something you like to do to pour into yourself?

My favorite thing to do to practice self-care is to go for a walk on a nearby trail. I love spending time alone, listening to music and being around the water.

Why do you believe self-care is important?

"My self-care routine is important to me, as prioritizing alone time allows me to be at my best, not only for myself but for those around me as well. I believe everyone should practice self-care because it is necessary to pour into yourself before you can pour into others."
