Journaling is by far my favorite thing to do to relax and refocus. There are so many benefits to getting your thoughts on paper! If you’ve thought about journaling but aren’t sure where to start, here are some easy but thought provoking journal prompt ideas! 📓✍🏾

• Write down 3 things that you are grateful for.

• Write down what is currently causing you stress.

-List down 3 ways that you can reduce that stress.

• Write down 3 things you wish you had more time to do.

- List 3 ways you can make more time to do those things.

"Something I like to do to relax is write. I enjoy writing poems and journaling down my thoughts."

Why do you believe self-care is important?

"I've noticed that when I don't take care of myself, I don't feel like myself. Self-care allows me to feel more connected with myself and more focused to walk in my purpose. It is important for others to practice so that they can discover who they are/ what they were called to do."
